CHICAGO COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS If you are an employee or director of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person, you are unfortunately automatically disqualified from this competition The 5 lucky winners will be randomly drawn from all qualifying participants on Monday 14th April 2008 by independent auditors. The results of the draw will be final and binding, and the winners will, as far as possible, be notified by telephone on Monday 14th April 2008. Winners should accept their prize within 2 days and if they don’t comply with the aforementioned conditions they will forfeit their prize without further notice. Virgin Money may do a further random draw at its own discretion Each of the 5 winners will win a pair of tickets for Chicago – The Musical Each winner will receive a pair of tickets and a full itinerary by courier no later than Wednesday 16th April 2008 The winners and their partners must agree to have their names and photos published in the press – should it be required by Virgin Money SA The 5 x winners may not exchange their tickets for cash If the winners reside outside Johannesburg they will need to make their own way to the theatrical production, Chicago – The Musical at the Monte Casino Teatro. Virgin Money will not be paying for transport or accommodation The tickets are for the theatrical production Chicago – The Musical on the 19th April 2008 at the Teatro at Monte Casino Virgin Money shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstance amounting to Force Majeure Virgin Money, as well as the other prize sponsors and organizers, are not responsible and will not be liable to compensate you if any mistake is made by any of our employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes. We are also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, or for errors or disruptions in any communication systems that prevent you from being duly entered for the competition or notified of winning. If you win the prize, remember that you cannot hold us or any competition sponsor or organizer liable in the unlikely event that anything unpleasant happens to you or your friend at the concert Cardholders whose accounts are in arrears or over their credit limit at the time of the draw will be excluded The winners and their 5 friends will be entitled to welcoming drinks and cocktail snacks before the musical production. Details to follow within the itinerary The winners and their 5 friends will also be treated to a seated dinner at a selected restaurant within Monte Casino The Musical will begin at 20h00 and will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes Refunds and cancellations are not allowed – please make sure you are aware of the date, time and venue before leaving for the production Parking is available at Monte Casino Should the event be cancelled during the course of the event as a result of circumstances beyond our control no refund will be payable
