Wine Direct - Terms and Conditions

1. Virgin Money and Wine Direct will offer Virgin Money Credit Card holders a 5% discount when customers purchase wine through the Wine Direct website.
   
2. This offer is only valid to Virgin Money Credit Card customers if they place their orders online through www.winedirectonline.co.za and use their Virgin Money Credit Card too process payment.
   
3. The 5% discount offer is valid from 1st August 2008 and only applies to wines ordered by the case. A case is determined by 6 bottles of an individual wine. Please note mixed cases do not constitute a case in terms of this offer.
   
4. On receipt of your order, Wine Direct will send confirmation thereof via email, a purchase contract will be concluded and payment processed with the 5% discount reflected on the invoice upon dispatch of the order
   
5. Virgin Money/Wine Direct retain the right to change the terms of the offer
   
6. You must be a Virgin Money Credit Card holder and use your Virgin Money Credit Card to affect payment to qualify for the 5% discount
   
7. No wine will be sold to anyone under the age of 18 and all goods must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18, if no one of the required age is at the address when delivery is attempted goods will be retained, in which case notification of the attended delivery will be given.
   
8. All orders for wines/merchandise from Wine Direct need to be processed on line through Wine Direct’s website www.winedirectonline.co.za
