TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Terms and conditions apply and are available on www.virginmobile.co.za or call 0860 000 181. You may be required to buy an access pack of R55. All these deals are subject to in-store activation. All packages will require a minimum monthly commitment. You will be credit–vetted after which a once-off R144 admin charge will reflect on your first bill. All phones include a 24 month warranty. All offers are subject to stock availability and the advertised period. The mobile you get may look slightly different to the one in this ad. Our packages and call rates apply and may change from time to time.
2. Purchase any one of the Virgin Mobile HTC Postpay commitment packages in store or via the call centre, link your debit order to your Virgin Money Credit Card and you could win a Navigon 5100 / 7100.
3. All you have to do is sms MONEY (space) your name (space) and IMEI number to 34977 or alternatively email partners@virginmobile.co.za with your detail.
4. Competition runs from the 01 March 2008 until the 30 April 2008. The lucky draw will take place on the 2 May 2008.

8. If you are lucky enough to be an employee or director of Virgin Mobile/Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or to be a family member or business partner of such a person, you are unfortunately automatically disqualified from this competition.
9. One lucky winner will be randomly drawn from all qualifying participants. The results of the draw will be final and binding, the winner will be notified telephonically or by e-mail. Once we bring you the great news, you must claim the prize, select and advise us of your preferred destination within 10 days. If you don’t, you will forfeit your prize without further notice.
10. We also have the right to change the terms of the competition before the final draw.
11. You may not exchange your prize for cash. If any winner does not claim the prize in the time, or is or becomes disqualified from winning, Virgin Mobile may (but is not obliged to) do a further random draw.
12. Virgin Mobile, as well as the other prize sponsors and organisers, are not responsible and will not be liable to compensate you if any mistake is made by any of our employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes. We are also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, or for errors or disruptions in any communication systems that prevent you from being duly entered for the competition or notified of winning. If you win the prize, remember that you cannot hold us or any competition sponsor or organiser liable for anything adverse that may occur as a result of your entering this competition.
