Terms and conditions
1. You must be a Virgin Money Credit Card holder to qualify for the Virgin Spa discount of 15%
a. Only if you are a Virgin Money Credit Card holder can you bring a friend to the opening of the Lonehill Spa on the 10th March – 30th April 2008
b. Your friend will be entitled to a FREE 30 minute Swedish Massage ONLY if you hold a Virgin Money Credit Card and take up a Virgin Spa treatment
c. As a Virgin Money Credit Card holder you are ONLY allowed to bring ONE friend for a FREE Massage. The offer can only be redeemed ONCE by the Virgin Money Credit Card holder
2. A 15% discount will be redeemable on any Virgin Spa Professional Treatment.
a. Professional Treatment
Any treatment, that is done by a Virgin Spa therapist, includes manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, professional makeup. Excludes any treatment products or retail products.
3. Virgin Spa money card holders must present a form of Identity Documentation and their Virgin Money Credit Card on redemption of their 15% discount.
4. The 15% discount is only applicable to the Virgin Money Credit Card holder, and only ONE friend per Virgin Money Credit Card Holder is entitled to a FREE 30 minute Swedish massage.
5. The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion/special that is being run at a Virgin Spa.
E.g. If Virgin Spa is running a promotion of half price waxes; a Virgin Money client will not be legible for an additional 15% discount on half price offers.
2. Tips before Spa-ing
What you need to KNOW before you book OR come in for a treatment.
When booking a treatment:
2.1. We’ll need to ask for your credit card details if you are booking during peak times.
2.2. If you are on medication, are ill or under medical supervision, please let us know.
2.3. Do you intend having a lash or brow tint for the first time? Please allow us to do a patch test 48 hours beforehand.
2.4. Please say if you’d like to shower before or after your treatment.
2.5. Are you pregnant? Please tell us. We’ll recommend suitable treatment options that are safer during pregnancy.
When coming in for a spa treatment:
2.6. To give your pedicure the best chance, try to wear sandals or flip-flops.
2.7. Avoid wearing contact lenses if you are having a facial, make up or eyelash lint. Alternatively, bring some contact lens solution with you.
2.8. Try not to swim or sunbathe shortly before or after a wax. Avoid any kind of heat treatments – hot baths, saunas, sun beds and so on – within 24 hours of a wax.
2.9. Don’t plan a night out or important business after a massage.
When cancelling an appointment:
2.10. 50% of the treatment cost will be payable for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
2.11. Should we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we’ll give you a 50% discount on your next treatment.
