MOTHER’S DAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Mothers Day promotion includes NetFlorist and Virgin Spa

2. Customers are automatically entered into the Mother’s Day competition as long as they have ordered flowers through NetFlorist or booked a Spa treatment through Virgin Spa between 21st April – 6th May 2008 and paid with their Virgin Money Credit Card

3. All eligible customers will be entered into the draw and one winner will be randomly selected on 7th May 2008

4. The winner will receive a bouquet of flowers from NetFlorist and a “Make My Day” voucher for two from Virgin Spa on Friday 9th May 2008

Virgin Money Credit Card customers are entitled to a 10% discount when they order Netflorist merchandise on line using their Virgin Money Credit Card All queries regarding orders made on Netflorist website must be taken up with Netflorist In order to qualify for this great offer customers have to order and pay with their Virgin Money Credit Card and quote vmoney11 before placing order The 10% discount will be deducted at purchase

6. The standard terms and conditions for Virgin Spa apply:

You must be a Virgin Money Credit Card holder to qualify for the Virgin Spa discount of 15% A 15 discount will be redeemable on any Virgin Spa Professional Treatment. Professional Treatment Any treatment, that is done by a Virgin Spa therapist, includes manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, professional makeup etc… Excludes any treatment products or retail products. Virgin Spa money card holders must present a form of Identity Documentation and their Virgin Money Credit Card on redemption of their 15 discount. The discount is only applicable to the Virgin Money Credit Card holder, and does not include, relatives and friends. The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion/special that is being run at a Virgin Spa. E.g. Virgin Spa is running a promotion of half price waxes; a Virgin Money client will not be legible for an additional 15% discount.

7. Virgin Money/Netflorist and Virgin Spa retain the rights to change the terms of the offer

8. Virgin Money, as well as the other prize sponsors and organizers, are not responsible and will not be liable to compensate you if any mistake is made by any of our employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes.

We are also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, or for errors or disruptions in any communication systems that prevent you from being duly entered for the competition or notified of winning.

9. Cardholders whose accounts are in arrears or over their credit limit at the time of the draw will be excluded.
