James Bond Terms and Conditions

1. Any person who is an employee or director of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person, may unfortunately not enter this competition, and should you do so, such person will be automatically disqualified from the competition.

2. Independent auditors will randomly draw 2 lucky winners from all qualifying Virgin Money Credit Card participants on 10th November 2008. The results of the draw will be final and binding, and the winner will, as far as possible, be notified by telephone, failing which confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The winner must accept his/her prize, failing which such winner will forfeit his/her prize without further notice. Virgin Money may then do a further random draw at its own discretion and appoint another winner.

3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. The winners must agree to have their names and photos published in print and/or on the internet for purposes of advertising/promoting Virgin Money’s products (if required by Virgin Money).

5. The winners may not exchange their prize for cash.

6. The 2 x winners and their partners will be expected to make their own travel arrangements to The James Bond “Quantum of Solace” Premier on the 14th November 2008. The Premier will take place at the Nu Metro cinema in the Hyde Park Shopping Centre. Virgin Money will not contribute in any manner or form towards the transport of the winners and their partners.

7. Virgin Money and Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by conditions out of their control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstance amounting to Force Majeure.

8. Virgin Money retains the right to change the terms of the competition before the final draw.

9. Although Virgin Money will take whatever reasonable steps necessary to guarantee the integrity of the competition, they will not, in any way, be responsible, or liable, for any acts or omissions by its employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes, which may inconvenience or prejudice participants.

10. Cardholders whose accounts are in arrears or over their credit limit at the time of the draw will be excluded.

11. The James Bond Premier promotion is valid until the 9th November 2008. Any transactions after 12am on the 9th November 2008 will not be taken into consideration.

12. A pair of James Bond “Quantum of Solace” tickets will be given to each of the 2 winners. Each pair of tickets will include drinks, food and entertainment at the Nu-Metro cinema in the Hyde Park Shopping Centre. The tickets are for the “Quantum of Solace” Premier on the 14th November 2008.
