TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Makro are offering Virgin Money customers the chance to win a Sinotec 32” (81cm) HD Ready LCD TV valued at R5499.00 if they purchase anything at Makro using their Virgin Money Credit Card
- The prize DOES NOT INCLUDE the TV license
- The winner of the Sinotec 32” (81cm) HD Ready LCD TV should have a valid TV License or would need to purchase a TV license. Makro and Virgin Money are not responsible for applying or paying for the TV license
- This offer is only valid to customers with a valid Virgin Money Credit Card
- The offer is valid between 1st – 13th April 2009
- All participants will be entered into the random draw which will take place on Friday 17th April 2009
- The results of the auditors’ draw will be final and binding and the winning entrant will be notified of their prize telephonically on Monday 20th April 2009
- The winning customer must, within 2 days of having been notified by Virgin Money, accept their prize, either orally or in writing, failing which such customer will automatically forfeit his/her prize. In such an event, Virgin Money/Makro may conduct a further random draw at its own discretion and appoint a new winning customer
- The winning customer must agree to have his/her individual name and photo published in print and/or on the internet for purposes of advertising/promoting Virgin Money’s products and the present competition – should the need arise
- The winners photograph may be published on the Makro website if need be
- Virgin Money and Makro will take whatever reasonable steps necessary to guarantee the integrity of the competition, but retains the right to change the terms of the competition before the final draw
- Virgin Money and Makro shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by conditions out of their control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or circumstances amounting to force majeure
- Virgin Money and Makro shall not, in any way, be responsible, or liable, for any acts or omissions by its employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes, which may inconvenience or prejudice participants
- Any person who is an employee or director of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person, may unfortunately not enter this competition, and should you do so, such person will be automatically disqualified from the competition
- Cardholders whose accounts are in arrears or over their credit limit at the time of the draw will be excluded.
