Leonie Joubert Terms and Conditions

1. Any person who is an employee or director of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person, may unfortunately not enter this competition, and should you do so, such person will be automatically disqualified from the competition.

2. Independent auditors will randomly draw 5 lucky winners from all correct Virgin Money Credit Card entrants on 4th August 2009. The results of the draw will be final and binding, and the winner will, as far as possible, be notified by telephone, failing which confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The winner must accept his/her prize, failing which such winner will forfeit his/her prize without further notice. Virgin Money may then do a further random draw at its own discretion and appoint another winner.

3. The “book give-away” competition is valid between 7th– 31st July 2009.

4. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The winners must agree to have their names and photos published in print and/or on the internet for purposes of advertising/promoting Virgin Money’s products (if required by Virgin Money).

6. The winners may not exchange their prize for cash.

7. The 5 x winners will receive their copies of “Invaded” via courier

8. Virgin Money shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by conditions out of their control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstance amounting to Force Majeure.

9. Virgin Money retains the right to change the terms of the competition before the final draw.

10. Although Virgin Money will take whatever reasonable steps necessary to guarantee the integrity of the competition, they will not, in any way, be responsible, or liable, for any acts or omissions by its employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes, which may inconvenience or prejudice participants.

11. Cardholders whose accounts are in arrears or over their credit limit at the time of the draw will be excluded.
