Terms and Conditions

1. If you are an employee or director of Virgin Money (or of its
shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person, you are unfortunately automatically disqualified from this competition

2. The lucky winner will be randomly drawn from all qualifying participants on Monday 15th June 2009 by independent auditors. The results of the draw will be final and binding, and the winners will, as far as possible, be notified by telephone on Monday 15th June 2009. Winners should accept their prize within 2 days and if they don’t comply with the aforementioned conditions they will forfeit their prize without further notice. Virgin Money may do a further random draw at its own discretion

3. The winner will win a night with FRESH who will come to their home and cook a “Winter Feast” for the winner and 5 friends

4. The winner and their guests must agree to have their names and photos published in the press – should it be required by Virgin Money South Africa

5. The winner may not exchange their prize for cash

6. The competition is valid for Gauteng residents ONLY

7. The proposed dinner date is Saturday 27th June 2009. If the winner is unable to accommodate the date of the 27th June then an alternate date can be chosen and will be subject to FRESH availability. All efforts will be made to accommodate the winners’ dinner date

8. Virgin Money shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstance amounting to Force Majeure

9. Virgin Money, as well as FRESH, are not responsible and will not be liable to compensate you if any mistake is made by any of our employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prize. We are also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, or for errors or disruptions in any communication systems that prevent you from being duly entered for the competition or notified of winning.

10. Cardholders whose accounts are in arrears or over their credit limit at the time of the draw will be excluded

11. The winners and their 5 friends will also be treated to a seated dinner at the winner’s home

12. FRESH will provide all the catering including food and wine. It will be a 3 course meal for 6 people.
