Mother's Day Promotion - Terms and Conditions:

1. Employees and directors of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person are automatically disqualified from this competition.

2. The 5 lucky winners will be randomly drawn from all qualifying participants on Monday 11th May 2009 by independent auditors. The results of the draw will be final and binding, and the winner will, as far as possible, be notified by telephone, failing which confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The winners should accept their prize within 2 days of having been notified by Virgin Money and nominate a partner each to accompany him//her to the concert. If the winners do not comply with the aforementioned conditions, they will forfeit the prize without further notice and will have no recourse against Virgin Money and/or its associates.

3. In the event of a winner not claiming his/her prize within the above referred to 2 day period, Virgin Money may then conduct a further random draw at it’s own discretion and appoint and notify a new winner as set out above.

4. Virgin Money wishes to use this competition to promote its goods and services. The winners must accordingly agree to have their names and photos published in the press for purposes of promoting this competition and/or the products of Virgin Money.

5. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise.

6. Should the winners’ credit card be in arrears at the time of the draw they will be disqualified.
