Terms and Conditions:

1. Employees and directors of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person are automatically disqualified from this competition.

2. The lucky winner will be randomly drawn from all qualifying participants on Wednesday 3rd June 2009 by independent auditors. The results of the draw will be final and binding, and the winner will, as far as possible, be notified by telephone, failing which confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The winners should accept their prize within 2 days of having been notified by Virgin Money and nominate a partner each to accompany him//her to the concert. If the winners do not comply with the aforementioned conditions, they will forfeit the prize without further notice and will have no recourse against Virgin Money and/or its associates.

3. In the event of a winner not claiming his/her prize within the above referred to 2 day period, Virgin Money may then conduct a further random draw at it’s own discretion and appoint and notify a new winner as set out above.

4. Virgin Money wishes to use this competition to promote its goods and services. The winner and their nominated friend must accordingly agree to have their names and photos published in the press for purposes of promoting this competition and/or the products of Virgin Money.

5. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise.

6. The winner and their partner will be expected to make their own travel arrangements to Ellis Park Stadium. Virgin Money will not contribute in any manner or form towards the transport of the winner and their partner.

7. The pair of tickets are for the British Lions vs Springboks Rugby game being played at Ellis Park Stadium on Saturday 4th July 2009.

8. Virgin Money shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstance amounting to Force Majeure. Similarly, should the event be cancelled before or during the course of the concert as a result of circumstances beyond Virgin Money’s control no refund will be payable to the winners or their partners.

9. Virgin Money, as well as the other prize sponsors and organizers of this competition, are not responsible for any loss or harm that may result from the winner and their partner attending the Rugby game at the Ellis Park Stadium, Johannesburg.

10. The winner and their partner will be entitled to welcoming drinks and cocktail snacks before and during the game. Details will be sent through to the winner in no later than 22nd June 2009.

11. Should the winners’ credit card be in arrears at the time of the draw they will be disqualified.
