Terms and Conditions:

1. Employees and directors of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person are automatically disqualified from this competition.

2. The first 60 customers who enter their details requesting tickets will be awarded a double ticket.

3. The tickets may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise.

4. The tickets are for access to The Wine Show Jo’burg at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand ONLY.

5. Customers and their partners must make their own travel arrangements to Gallaher Convention Centre in Midrand.

6. The Wine Show Jo’burg is open between 29th – 31st May 2009.

7. Virgin Money shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstance amounting to Force Majeure. Similarly, should the event be cancelled before or during the course of the concert as a result of circumstances beyond Virgin Money’s control no refund will be payable to the winners or their partners.

8. Virgin Money, as well as the other prize sponsors and organizers of this give-away, are not responsible for any loss or harm that may result from the winner and partner attending the Wine Show Jo’burg.
