LiquidChefs and Virgin Money Competition 1. Virgin Money South Africa and LiquidChefs are offering Virgin Money Credit Card holders the opportunity to win a cocktail evening with five of their friends and LiquidChefs at the winners’ home – GAUTENG ONLY 2. There will be one Virgin Money Credit Card holder winner 3. The winners will be randomly selected on 4th December 2009 4. In addition to being entered into the draw for the Cocktail Evening, all customers paying with their Virgin Money Credit Cards at the above restaurants will also receive a FREE cocktail courtesy of LiquidChefs 6. This offer is only valid to customers with a valid Virgin Money Credit Card 7. The offer is valid from 1st November – 31st December 2009 8. All eligible participants will be entered into the random draw which will take place on 8th January 2010 9. The results of the auditors’ draw will be final and binding and the winning entrant will be notified of their prize telephonically on 8th January 2010 10. The winning customers must, within 2 days of having been notified by Virgin Money, accept their prize, either orally or in writing, failing which such customer will automatically forfeit his/her prize. In such an event, Virgin Money/Liquid Chefs may conduct a further random draw at its own discretion and appoint a new winning customer 11. The winning customer must agree to have his/her individual name and photo published in print and/or on the internet for purposes of advertising/promoting Virgin Money’s products and the present competition – should the need arise 12. Virgin Money and LiquidChefs will take whatever reasonable steps necessary to guarantee the integrity of the competition, but retains the right to change the terms of the competition before the final draw 13. Virgin Money and LiquidChefs shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by conditions out of their control, such as weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or circumstances amounting to force majeure 14. Virgin Money and LiquidChefs shall not, in any way, be responsible, or liable, for any acts or omissions by its employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prizes, which may inconvenience or prejudice participants 15. Any person who is an employee or director of Virgin Money (or of its shareholders, any of their subsidiaries or any company affiliated to its shareholders), or a family member or business partner of such a person, may unfortunately not enter this competition, and should you do so, such person will be automatically disqualified from the competition 16.
